When you ask a recruitment agency to work with you to find staff, you need to make sure you understand the process they are using to find the right people for you.
If you are looking for a face to face sales person, does the agency ask the candidates to sell to them face to face? If you are looking for a Marketing person, does the agency give the candidates a senario and ask them what they would do to market a product or service?
How can anyone chose a member of staff if that person has just had a competancey based interview? Surely they need to be interviewed in a way that reflects the skills needed for the job?
